Ordering on the Planet Icicle web site couldn't be easier. Simply add the items you require to your on-line shopping basket and when you've got everything you need continue to the checkout for payment processing.
As a global retailer, we have also provided guide prices in Euros and US Dollars for our overseas customers. To use this facility, simply click on the appropriate currency at the top left of the page as you browse the site. Although we update the exchange rates on a regular basis, this should be used as a guide price only, as all orders are processed in £GBP when you get to the checkout.
At the checkout you can either opt to pay on-line by credit or debit card or alternatively you can select to pay by cheque if you prefer. You can also choose to 'Collect In Store' from our Yorkshire Showroom.
Payment on line with Planet Icicle is safe and secure, using Protx SagePay, the largest independent payment service provider in the UK and we accept all major credit & debit cards.
On completion of your on-line payment or selection of the 'by cheque' or 'collect in store' option you will be given a confirmation order number. Please make a note of this order number should you need to contact us regarding your order. For cheque payments, please write this number on the back of your cheque and send it to us at the address below.

Based on the Yorkshire Mill Mile in West Yorkshire, it is ideally placed for our local customers in Leeds, Bradford and Wakefield, whilst it's easy access from the M1 and M62 attracts clients and customers from much further afield.
